All bills & WiFi included. A two minute walk to the beach. Ideal location for all surrounding areas. On road parking available outside the property. You will be required to keep the property in the same condition as you find, keeping it clean and tidy. We do have 2 friendly dogs - a golden retriever and a labradoodle who could well greet you at the gate. We are a couple and will be available at all times as we live here in the adjoining property. Must be a professional.
