Double bedrooms for let, all bills inclusive, including Broadband, washing machine, Dryer, your own fridge, use of the kitchen and all appliances, shower, Bath, space for one car on drive. All you will need to do is supply your own food.

Their are 2 rooms to choose from, which 2 of them have been newly decorated to a high standard. Their is a Jacuzzi after that long day at work. Off road parking, conservatory for that relaxing time that is much needed. Very quiet surroundings, shops only 5 mins walk. Bus stop next to shop, only 3 minutes from A55.

couples considered, for couples is £550 per calendar month.

Double bedroom for one person is £400 per calendar month. This bedroom is decorated to a very high standard, it as triple built in wardrobes worth while having a look.

Another smaller double bedroom which is the one in the video is £360 per calendar month, I will be only renting one out of 2 rooms. (first come first served.).

Notice period will be one month notice either by the Landlord or by the tenant.

Their is s a holding fee of £200 this will be given back at the end of your notice period, or taken off the rent of your notice period, which ever one the tenant prefers.
