The main bus station is within easy walking distance whilst there is a bus stop for Wrexham Industrial Estate nearby. There is no allocated parking for the house although there is usually parking available outside on the road, or secure parking is available nearby within Eagles Meadow.

The available room is on the first floor near the bathroom overlooking the rear of the property. There is also a bathroom available on the ground floor.
There is a comfortable lounge area with dining table and a smart TV. The kitchen is separate to the lounge area. Facilities include usual kitchen appliances as well as a microwave. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the downstairs bathroom.
