50/50 Share of house in a great location

Hi There

I have a large 3 bedroom semi detached house in Little Acton, it’s on the Chester Road so right on the bus route into Chester or town. It wouldn’t let me upload any more photos but the house is done to an impeccable standard. Viewing recommended...

I have 2 large living rooms both with TV’s, comfy sofas, Netflix, Super fast WiFi (so we would both have our own living space)

The house is a large 3 bedroom semi, but it will only be me and whoever moves in there most of the time. I have my 2 daughters one night a week.... I work full time usually, but I'm at the moment I'm working from home.. I also spend at least 1 night a week not at the house. So whoever takes on the house will have the house to themselves a lot.

I’m letting a room out as it’s just too big for me on my own and I’m not there enough so it seems pointless having so much space.

Looking for either a professional person or a full time worker

Included in the £375 the room will be furnished with a comfy double bed. Chest of draws, walk in wardrobe and storage, it will also include all of your bills, everything all in. The room also has the facility to have your own TV on the wall and I do have a spare tv.
