Double room in my rented 2 bed flat

I have a double room available in my 2 bed flat. I have confirmed with my landlord that that it is ok to seek a housemate.

The flat is located a 2 minute walk into Wrexham City centre. It is a newly renovated secure apartment complex. That has a secure gate and parking. It also has a lift available if people need it. Additionally, it is quiet and the other residents are lovely.

I am a mental health nurse that works shifts at the local hospital. So when I work night shifts it would be awesome to have a flat mate that wasn’t too noisy through the day.

The landlord company does want to conduct the reference checks on anyone interested. This is because we will become equal tenants on the property and protects me as I won’t be subletting.

I have been living here for 6 months and it is beautiful, modern and warm. I just want to be able to save up money and running this flat by myself in the current cost of living crisis is too much.

All bills will be included in the monthly rent payment. This includes council tax, broadband, gas and electric. TV license and water rates.
