Are you looking for a bright, exceptionally spacious room, comfortably furnished and with just about everything you could possibly need? And are you looking for an en-suite bathroom with power shower and spa-bath? If the answer to both questions is ‘yes’ then you may need to look no further!

This large well-furnished room comes with plenty of storage, a double bed, sofa, chairs, table/desk, 37” flat screen TV and DVD player, lots of sockets, a compact and silent room fridge and a kettle. Our Lodgers have use of the kitchen, large lounge, garden and utility room with washing machine and dryer plus an outside line.

We supply bedding and towels and each week will change your bed and fully service both bedroom and bathroom. The only cleaning we ask you to do is to leave the kitchen as you find it. All bills and super-fast broadband are included and we have off-street parking if needed.

Our Victorian Villa is an 8-minute walk from Bodmin Town Centre. The house is surrounded by a large woodland garden both of which are on-going restoration projects and (away from the house) we have bees. We re-use, recycle, compost and try to avoid the use of synthetic chemicals and virtually all of our cleaning products and toiletries are plant-based and/or chemical-free.

We have had Lodgers throughout the pandemic and remain extremely COVID-conscious and would expect our new Lodger to be double-vaccinated. We offer hand-sanitizer and a thermometer (available at all times) and have broad guidelines that we all follow to help keep us safe and well.

We (Kim and Gill) live permanently on the premises so there is always someone to ask if needs be. This lovely room (single occupancy) would be suitable for a non-smoking person working in Bodmin or the surrounding area.
