Double groundfloor room wifi

Friendly, sociable, clean and tidy lodger required who would enjoy being part of a huge family Edwardian home, I am self employed by the Ministry of Justice. My husband is a Greenkeeper. Must like dogs - friendly whippet in residence. My son is at uni so here with his girlfriend in holidays.

Share kitchen, breakfast room, lounge, conservatory.

The house has a large kitchen, breakfast room with rayburn, utility, conservatory, library, lounge with log fire and sky tv. We have superfast broadband. Outside there is a garden, deck and patio area.

The room is double size, has built in wardrobes, table and chairs, bedside table, aerial point, smart tv and there is a shared bathroom with separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom. (Two top floor rooms have their own en-suites) We are next to several bus stops, but within a 5 minute walk of the town, Bodmin College, Dragon Leisure centre and 20 minute walk to the Hospital. The Beacon Reserve is right next to us.

We have had a wide variety of lodgers over the years (you can see our visitor comments to see what we are like as live in landlords!), even an elderly Japanese professor who came back several times. Our last lady was here for several years. We don’t want people who want to remain isolated in their room. We occasionally do stuff socially together, take turns to cook a meal for each other and generally like to get along with our lodgers so choosing the RIGHT person, not the first person is key for us…
