I have available a large bright furnished recently redecorated double room for let, with its own bathroom and built in wardbrobe. Viewings welcome. Off street parking, well maintained garden. Looking for a friendly, reliable and responsible person or persons. For a couple, the cost will be £125 a week for the increase in bills. Pets considered. The successful applicant must be reasonably tidy and is responsible for maintaining the house. There is a bus stop just up the road with excellent links to Tavistock, Launceston, Plymouth and Liskeard. Local shop is 12 min walk and local pub in 5min.
