I am moving abroad and my mum is looking to rent out our double room with own bathroom right next door. The room has an ottoman bed for extra storage. Please note a wardrobe/drawers will be installed in the room before it's rented out so ignore hanging rail in the photo!
The house was only built in August 2020 so is brand new, extremely clean and on the very quiet side of Callington surrounded by hills, wildlife and trees. We are situated in a great location to get around Cornwall or into Devon - within 20 minutes of Liskeard, Tavistock and Launceston, only 20 minutes to the Tamar Bridge into Plymouth City and 30 minutes to the coast and popular tourist destination Looe. There are also many beautiful walks nearby and places to enjoy.
The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. Downstairs is open plan. The stunning kitchen has an eye level double oven, breakfast bar with stools, dining table and living room with plush comfortable sofas and TV area. French doors are off the living room leading to the good size garden. There is a long drive and a huge garage so if storage is needed this wouldn't be an issue.
We are looking for females only, someone who is clean, tidy and respectful and must like dogs as we have two very friendly pups called Bear and Bow, they love everyone and are no trouble at all.
