I am looking to rent out my spare room, I have a new build house in Tolvaddon/Pool, it’s a semi detached property with a large double room and shared living areas. It has its own parking space and a fairly big garden. It’s a very handy area and only takes a minute to get onto the A30.
I am 32 and work in education, it will be just me and my cockapoo in the house (hopefully you like dogs) I am mostly at work, out walking the dog or seeing friends, I live quite a chilled Cornish lifestyle and think it would be great to have some company in the house. Preferably a like minded female that enjoys some simple home comforts.
The room is furnished, there is currently a double bed, wardrobe, desk and corner unit in the room, so plenty of storage. Please message me if you’d like to know more.
