Double Room , Carbis Bay, St Ives

I have a 3 bed terrace property located in Carbis Bay, ST Ives close to shops, public transports, beaches and within walking distance of St Ives.

I own the property and live with my terrier Moose and another professional female.

The room is a double fully furnished loft room with broadband and use of shared bathroom, however the room has its own shower and sink. There is a large shared living room and shared kitchen and back garden with garage that has some gym equipment.

We are looking for a like minded person to share our home with. We are hard workin, busy people and enjoy our home being a relaxed, clean atmosphere. We like to be social and have a drink and a catch up. Watch a movie.

Room is available from mid November..

full disclosure my house is on the market however it is not definite i will sell. And with the predicted market looking less likely. Should this happen however you would be given 2/3 months notice hence short stays of 3 months and above are accepted.
