Rooms available for short stays in April/May

Bay Tree is a unique timber framed bungalow in a peaceful location up above Crackington Haven, about 12 miles south of Bude. I usually run the house as holiday accomodation but I have some room availability during April/May. I have my own Garden Annexe at the property and will base myself there but will not always be around. Two rooms are available, both en-suite, one is very large with a Superking bed and the other is smaller with a King Size bed. I am happy to consider short stays of all durations and would issue a letting agreement as appropriate. Full use of Lounge, Kitchen & Garden/Patios and please note that the room rates also include bed linen and towels. The cottage has been recently renovated so has all modern conveniences in a peaceful rural setting. The cottage is no smoking, does not accept pets and it is Single Occupancy only in each room. References and ID are required with rent plus deposit paid in advance.
Council Tax (Band C) - included in rent.
