We are a family of 4 who have a spare room to rent out if you're interested. We have a daughter who is just over 6 years old and a a boy, 3. That said, this is our second home and we are very rarely able to visit these days.
The rent includes a bedroom and a separate living room for your sole use. The kitchen and garden are shared.
Surprisingly, for a rural location by the sea, the internet is fibre all the way into the house and very fast.
