The house has sea views overlooking Whitsand Bay in Downderry.
Built in 1897, the house has Victorian charm, with a traditional lay out, but modern day comforts. There is decent broad band.
The room, on the first floor and at the rear of the house house, is a good sized with double bed, fitted wardrobe and cupboard, free standing wardrobe, drawers and desk. On one side the living room overlooks the bay and there is a bathroom.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living area, with kitchen (with dishwasher), dining and lounge area.
There are currently 2 bathrooms, with a third planned on the ground floor in the utility room with washing machine.
Outside there is a garden at the back, with a patio area overlooking the sea. Although there is no parking onsite, street parking is relative easy and safe.
We have new, and very well behaved arrival in the house, Dani the cavapoo, who should not intrude into the life of our housemate.
