An elevated balcony off of the lounge allows you to enjoy the views and sunshine..
The community is quiet, beautiful and coastal. There is limited public transport should you not have a car.

Please note this apartment is on the 1st floor, whilst this provides great views, there is no lift access, hence may not be suitable for those mobility concerns.
Allocated parking for one car.

The property is a stylish open plan lounge diner with a modern kitchen area.
This is a compact apartment.

The successful applicant will be given licence to reside at the property. Utilities, council tax, monthly property maintenance, broadband & water. are included. However, you will be responsible for electricity .
