Large loft room with river view and storage space

First, the important bit.. I have my two young children with me for half of the week so I am only considering potential sharers who have a current DBS check. Please only apply if you already have this. The room is in central Falmouth, in a large house between the town and the beaches. The room is at the top of the house, and has two very large velux windows looking out towards Maritime Square and the river beyond. There is an ensuite toilet and shower room. The room has recently been decorated and is in great condition and there is plenty of storage space including built in clothes storage. I have a bed and a chair that can be moved if not required.
In the rest of the house there is a large kitchen / dining room that would be shared. There is .a separate utility room with a washing machine that will be shared. An off road parking space may become available soon. The living room in the house is not a shared space.
I work regular office hours, and am often away on the weekends that I don't have the kids, so you are likely to the have the house to yourself more often than not!
