Big double room in Flushing waterfront home

Do you want a cosy place on the seas edge to call home?

I am looking for a laid back person to share my home with.

The room is big, and comes fully furnished. The place is spacious with a large living room and big kitchen too. Balcony area for bikes/kayaks/surfboards etc.

Beach house is situated about 3 metres from the waters edge.

There is a sun room at the top of the house with far reaching views to Falmouth and up the river to Penryn too. I currently use it as an office, and it doubles up as a bedroom when friends and family stay over, which you'd be welcome to do too.

My little rowing boat is just outside, which you'll be welcome to use!

This has been my home for 4 years, so is fully equipped, microwave, washing machine, fibre broad band etc. All bills are included.

Flushing is a beautiful coastal village with a long sea-faring history, we have a village shop and two very cosy and friendly pubs. There are any number of coastal and woodland walks to be started from here too.

A bit about me, I work in environmental research at the uni in Penryn. I am a keen sailor and have a wooden yacht moored just off Flushing, I'm active, sociable and often have friends around for food and sometimes wine too! I try and make the most of Cornwall. I enjoy cooking, baking and healthy eating.
