Unfurnished double en-suite bedroom that has recently been repainted with new carpets. In a two bed flat with large lounge/ diner/ kitchen. Bedroom has fitted wardrobe with hanging space and shelving and a lovely window. Currently has a kingsize bed and large desk so is a good size room.
All bedroom furniture, the sofa and dining table will be going with me but there is a lovely window seat and breakfast bar. TV included. Current housemate may also get replacement furniture for lounge.
Very well maintained, parking on the road outside but a visitor space available. Flat is part of a four flat building, with a shared laundry room. This means energy bills are kept low!
Rent is £475pcm with about £175 for bills on top. This should hopefully reduce as probably not using as much as that.
The current flatmate is a friendly, professional female who would like to live with someone friendly, respectful of others and who appreciates a clean and tidy space. She enjoys enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and watersports and likes to be sociable but also enjoys her own space at times too :-)
