Hi, we are looking for a housemate to join us from July 2020! ✨

Our friend is moving out to live with her boyfriend in the summer so we have a cosy bedroom in a 5 bed house on Pengarth Road becoming available. 🌞

The room available is a warm and bright double bed room fitted with wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving space with an adjoining private study room with desk. So a whole other room that is all yours! ☺️


We are a friendly, fun and easy-going group of four girls, all studying illustration in second year. 🎨


The house has a communal living room and kitchen, and is fitted with a dishwasher, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom is shared and has a bath tub and an electric shower. 🛁

We also have a beautiful well kept spacious garden with outdoor seating! 🌱Its absolutely perfect in the summer for drinks.🍻 We also have a large driveway that’s hardly used. 🚘


The house is located within a 15 minute walk to Falmouth University Woodlane campus, 10 minute walk to Falmouth town centre, and 5 minute walk to a gym and GP. And the best perk is that its a 20 minute walk from Gylly beach! 🏝

Rent is £475 a month with all bills included (internet, gas, water, electric, tv license).
