We have a single bedroom in Falmouth with a big wardrobe and a sea view as well as a fair bit of storage. The house has a big garden, a shared bathroom with a bath and shower plus a kitchen with lots of storage space. The kitchen also has a small utility room with a washing machine.
The room is currently available from September to September on a year contract. Included in the rent is water and wifi, bills for gas and electricity are on top of this.
Currently, the house is occupied by two friendly art students who like to drink a lot of tea and watch Netflix at the end of the day. We are happy to have viewings or FaceTime to show you the house!
We are ideally looking for a tidy, chatty person who is easy to get along with.
