Maritime Studio needs new tenant

I am moving out of Maritime but already signed a tenancy for next year. I am looking for someone who would take over my tenancy. Maritime is an ensuite studio with balcony near the Falmouth Docks train station. It's also close to the Woodlane campus and local foodstores. The building also has a common room, a lift, a big reception area and is paired with another lot, Ocean View that has a cinema room and a gym. The studio is furnished with desk and desk chair, a bed, a kitchen with fridge, microwave oven and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower. Some of the furniture in the pictures is mine and will not be included.
