I have deferred from university and looking to move back home. This is an ad for May 2021 letting. Physical viewings are not possible unless serious as I am staying with my parents in Surrey. I do have a video tour which I can send on request. Located in Ponsharden, you only have to walk for five minutes to get to Sainsburys and Lidls so you are never too far away from a local shop.
There are two students living here, and three professionals who are all very friendly. The room is nice and spacious and has windows that open all the way so you can get some good fresh air. The house has two and a half bathrooms, one newly built this year. There's a large garden, and about a 25 minute walk to Falmouth town centre and a 15 minute walk to Penryn town centre.
