Two weeks in Falmouth up to 3 people fab value!

Our spare room(s) are available **from 8 - 21 August 2023 only** sleeping up to three people.

One or two people double bedded room = £40 per night.

With a third person sleeping in the single bedded bedsit room (where the kitchenette is) total is £60 per night (it is not possible to rent the bedsit room on its own).

This includes exclusive use of the kitchenette, with eating area and own shower room/WC.

Non-smoking household, good WiFi. 2 mins walk to Penmere station, 10 mins to town, 15 mins to Swanpool/Gylly beaches.

We are open to considerate and reasonably tidy people who would enjoy short-term use of self-contained space in our family home. Our first floor has three rooms (1) a double bedroom, (2) a kitchenette with fridge, countertop cooker and microwave and single bed, and (3) a shower room with WC.

2 minutes from Penmere Station on Falmouth Town - Penryn - Truro line.

The pictures show the bedroom, shower room, and kitchenette. The bedroom has a double bed, hanging space, chest of drawers, bookshelves, desk and chairs. The kitchenette has cooking and eating facilities including fridge, tabletop cooker, microwave, table and chairs. There’s also a small sofa.

The shower room has a good shower, WC and basin.

The pictures show that the ceilings are sloping in places. The rooms are bright and sunny, and in very good condition with new carpets and paintwork.

Our previous lodger said "The place is really nice. The street was so quiet that I even took my online classes with the windows open. There are few shops in a range of 5-10 mins of walk. The bedroom was spacious and more than enough for a couple. You can hear the birds singing early in the morning. The internet connection is reliable and fast. Strongly recommended."
