We have a double sized ( single occupancy only ) attic bedroom plus a separate private lounge & free use of our well equipped gym, if fitness is your thing, available from March 2025
We have a traditional Cornish Cottage offering the potential tenant (single not couples & no sleepovers) their own double bedroom (attic room with loft ladder) with separate lounge ( incl Wi-Fi ) for tenant’s own private space ( not shared ) There is a microwave, small fridge, kettle & coffee machine in the tenant’s private lounge, but for cooking your meals you will be very welcome to use our kitchen and other white goods ( washing machine, fridge & freezer ) . We have a good sized shower room which will be shared, not en-suite.
We are looking for someone who doesn’t work remotely but is either in full time work or full time education….would be ideal for a Falmouth Marine School student or lecturer as only a 10 minute walk.
We are in a prime location in Falmouth within walking distance to the beaches & Town centre. The tenant would not necessarily need their own car as we have a bus stop on our road and Penmere Train Station is only a 2 minute walk up the road.
The tenant would need to be a clean & tidy person who likes dogs as we have an Old Tyme Bulldog called Ellie who loves people & likes to sleep a lot.
We are a friendly, easy going & sociable couple, but the rooms will not be suitable for someone that regularly socialises late at night ( weekdays ) as we are both early risers for work so would prefer someone that respects this.
