Large furnished double-bed room in 4-bed house

Hi!
I have a large furnished double-bed room in a 4-bed student house on Dracaena Avenue available from the start of August.

- £501.25 a month, all bills included except WiFi (this is an extra £4.50 a month currently).
- Looking for an undergrad or postgrad student to fit in with three friendly, considerate third year housemates.
- The property has offroad parking (none of the current housemates keep a car at uni so you would pretty much have this to yourself), gas central heating and a large garden. There is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Nice lounge at front of house and conservatory room at rear leading to garden.
- The room has been newly carpeted as of last year and the roof has been newly refurbished. Views of Kimberley Park and Carrick Roads (just about!).
