Hi all. Am looking for a flatmate to share with me very soon as my current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend at the end of the month. The room is a single room with double bed and wardrobe. shared kitchen and bathroom. great location as 5 minutes walk from the moor and 2 minutes to the town train station. Close to all Falmouth has to offer. Bills are shared 50/50 and are council tax, electricity and water. rent is paid weekly. so 75 rent, £91 council tax monthly on 1st, which gives feb and mar payment free, £10 week electric inc to £20 in winter, £5 week water. so roughly £125 per week. i work 5 days a week for a building firm and home at weekends
