I’m looking for the right lodger to join me, my young daughter and our cat. There is a bright double room available, with a Shared dining room, living room and kitchen and a beautiful garden that we are slowly reclaiming and turning into a veg patch. The house is in central falmouth, literally 2 minutes from the centre of town. We are pretty relaxed, I enjoy painting, swimming, cooking and gardening and we have a busy social life, often hosting dinners and bbqs etc. we’re looking for someone calm, tidy and fun to join us. I am open minded to the kind of lodger that joins us, but would most likely to suit a mature student or professional that is used to/ comfortable with young children.
