Double room in relaxed and homely 2 bed

Spacious double room in a lovely 2 bed, sharing with one other (27).

I've been renting here for a year with a friend who is moving abroad, so I'm looking for a new housemate. It's definitely more of a home than a house share! I'm currently doing a PhD, due to finish in September and also work part time as an engineer. I love surfing and generally being outdoors and active, especially during the summer when I'm mostly out and about. I'm extroverted and like to have friends around, but overall it's a very chill and laidback house.

The contract will be 6 or 12 months, (or possibly 1 month rolling) and the house is furnished (with my stuff) but the bedroom won't be fully furnished.
