Double room in friendly house

Females only please! Good sized double room, currently child's room. Can be redecorated and a double bed will be available. Wardrobe and drawers available for you to use as seen. Will add bedside table and a mirror too so it will be much more homely.

I'm 45 and single, two girls age 6 and 9 who spend every other weekend and every other Monday evening at their dads house and more during school holidays. Children are well behaved and in bed by 8pm and do not wake early! I'm sociable but also like my own space. There will be occasions where you will have the whole house to yourself.

Initially looking for 6months tenancy but happy to extend if everyone is happy!

You will have access to unlimited WiFi, Netflix. I don't have a TV licence at the moment.

I have a cleaner who cleans the whole house so as long as your room is tidy when she comes she'll clean it for you!

Happy to send pictures of living room/kitchen etc if needed. The whole house is a shared space with the exception of the bedrooms. The living room is a toy free zone.

Location is a short walk to Swanpool and Gylly beach and also the town centre.

Quiet neighbourhood and I am situated at the end of a cul de sac so no passing traffic, I am happy to share my parking space and there is space to park on the road.

I work until 8pm 2 nights per week and the living room is free most of the time.

The garden is peaceful and relaxing too. Any questions please do ask, happy for viewings and willing to be negotiable within reason.
