The room is for single occupancy only. 5 mins walk to town center shops, cinema, restaurants pubs etc. The bus terminus is also very close with regular buses to Tremough. The art college at Wood lane is approx 20 mins walk away and the beaches about 30.

The house is very pleasant with a tiny garden at the front of the house and a walled garden to the rear. Shared rooms include a living room, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. All bills are included except phone and council tax { if applicable }If you are a full time student then you are exempt from paying council tax. If you have to pay council tax this would be an extra £30.00 a month. Broadband is included in the rent.

You would be sharing the house with an artist who works from home. The room would ideally suit a quiet mature postgrad student or professional. The room is available from the 1st of September till the end of July 2020. Start and end dates can be negotiated.
