Lovely room with harbour views on the first floor of a Large comfortable period house. Kitchen opposite with balcony and sea views, shared with two other tenants. The bathroom with shower is next door and primarily for the use of this room. Very sought after part of Falmouth, close to the beach, station and town. Our top floor rooms have their own kitchens. Landlords accommodation is separate on the ground floor. There is a garden and laundry facilities, it's easy to park close by. Students or professionals are welcome in this pleasant friendly house. Wifi and bills are included. We usually offer 6 or nine month lets, but will always consider shorter term. For clarification, the room was photoed with a single bed, but now contains a double. However, it is offered for one person.
