A small double room in our family home available on the outskirts of Falmouth. The room is on the first floor of a converted bungalow and has an en suite shower room, is recently redecorated, fully furnished with a small double bed, all bedding and towels supplied, chest of drawers and hanging rail.. Superfast broadband is included. All bills included but no food or meals.

I work full-time for a holiday cottage company, sometimes from home, but my job takes me out all over Cornwall. My husband works away regularly and we have our 14 year old son living here. We have a pet cat Fred and a lovely cuddly dog Stanley so you would need to be comfortable around animals.

There are good laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer and a drying room) for you to use, a fabulous kitchen, a large dining room and parking but we would prefer to keep the living room for our own private use.

The room is available for shorter lets or intermittent lets as we're not seeking a permanent full-time lodger. The price for part week stays can be lower.

Ideal for someone visiting friends or family, someone who may have a short gap between lodgings, someone needing temporary accommodation or working locally for a limited period of time.

We are a relaxed household and are happy for you to have friends over within reason but one rule will be no overnight guests.
