I have a lovely room to let in my own house.. Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, storage drawers, desk and chair, wooden shelves, ivory decor and varnished wooden floors. There is use of a cosy sitting room, kitchen/diner with dishwasher and utility area, Near to the room there is a shower room and separate wc, The garden and terrace is South facing. There is plenty of free on street parking at the front of the property, which also has Super fast broadband. There is also storage for a surf board/bike in the garage at the bottom of the garden if required.
Only minutes walk down into Falmouth town and all its shops/bars/cafes, and the harbour side, the house is ideally located for access by car/ foot or bus to both Falmouth University campuses in Penryn and Woodlane.
The room is ideal for a mature postgraduate/international student/researcher at the University, or a young professional, who is clean, tidy and relaxed to enjoy a friendly 'home from home'! The landlord/owner and her partner are freelance interior decorators/designers (we have our own bathroom), we travel quite frequently, and one other room is occupied by a Falmouth University Postgraduate, but the roost is ruled by one very spoilt cat ! ^.\.^
