Lovely double room in a great location

I'm looking for a new housemate to take over the contract from my previous housemate who found a job elsewhere in the country. The room is available from March 2018 onwards.

The apartment is in a great location: 5 minutes from the town centre, and 15 minutes from Gylly beach. It has great bus links, a local shop on the same road and lots of good pubs nearby.

We're currently renting through letting agents Northwood. The rent is 387£ per month and there will be some small referencing fees upon registration with the letting agent. The minimum term for the property is 6 months, although 4 months may be possible with further discussion with the landlord. The heating and electricity bills are pretty cheap, less than £50 pound each even in winter.

The room can be unfurnished or potentially furnished with a bed and desk, and the living room currently acts as an extension to the (adjacent) bedroom as I do not personally require the extra living space.

I'm currently in the final year of my PhD with University of Exeter, and will be here until approximately March 2019. I will consider either students or professionals.

I'm pretty quiet, tend to keep to myself, very tidy and clean, as well as friendly and approachable. I'm looking for someone similar.

I really enjoy climbing, gaming, hanging out with friends, and playing piano (which my housemate assures me he cannot hear).
