Large Double Bedroom To Let Until July Killigrew

I'm moving out of my student house and in with my boyfriend so I need to find a replacement tenant for myself. I am looking for someone to officially take over the tenancy through the university, so the room will be yours completely until the tenancy runs out in July. You therefore MUST be a student. My room is a large double on the ground floor, right next to the large sunny garden and on the same floor as the big shared kitchen and a bathroom. The house mates are very easy going students, we mostly keep to ourselves but sometimes get together for a drink. It's the perfect room for a student, fully furnished and right next to the moor bus stop so it's easy to get into town and to the university. There is on the road parking surrounding the area.
