The room is large double in 2 bed flat (could probably fit a sofa in it), parking on site and a 20 minute walk from Falmouth town. The flat is 2 minutes away from the beach, in a quiet corner of Swanpool.
All furniture (and plants) are included in the room as my house mate is moving to New Zealand and can't take much with her.
Looking for a working professional who is clean and tidy.
It's a chilled flat, pretty quiet during the week with work but at the weekends like being active - going climbing, sea swimming and occasionally the pub.
