House is in Grampound village, a 20min drive from Truro and a 15min drive to St Austell.
Room comes with all bills included and a parking space. The living area is very spacious and homely.
Current housemates are both female so a female of a similar age is preferred but not essential. I come from Cornwall and my housemate is new to the area, sometimes we go on day outs together so if you would like this you would be welcome to join, but someone independent is also fine. We are both professionals working on Truro. I also have a young cat who is very friendly and tame.
New housemate needs to be clean, tidy and easy to speak to!
