I’m Katie, live in landlord with a kitten, although we will not be at the property full time going forward. There is one other housemate, a female young professional.
I would like to offer the room to other young professionals aged between 20 and 35.
I have one double bedroom available immediately. Currently this room is used as an office and spare room but the desk with be replaced with a wardrobe once a lodger is agreed. ROOM IS NOT THE ONE PICTURED BUT IS VERY SIMILAR. ADVERT TO BE UPDATED SOON - I can DM photos of the exact room before viewing!
There is one bathroom, a communal open plan living room and kitchen. The room comes with a space for off street parking (with a roof but it is not a garage). It was all freshly redecorated last year and is a clean quiet and comfortable house.
It is located between Truro and st Austell 15-20 min drive from both but a bit longer in rush hour. There is a bus route going through the village but I wouldn’t recommend living here without a car.
