My house is an old building which has been converted. It is in a beautiful, quiet location and is 15mins drive from Truro, 10mins drive from St Austell, and 20/25mins from Newquay.
The room is a double, including a bed, bedside table and wardrobe, with a spacious living room area which is communal. There are parking spaces designated for the house, along with plenty of free off road parking spaces in the estate. All bills are included within the price (which includes council tax, TV licence, wifi, water, gas and internet)
I’m a 27 year old professional, working Monday to Friday. I’m into art, going to the beach and eating. The other housemate is a 24 year old female professional who works the same hours. We would like someone easy to get on with and considerate, we think we would prefer a female of a similar age but will consider anyone if we think we’d get along. Although we only know each other from being housemates, we do things together in our spare time and the new person is welcome to join us or do their own thing.
