Bedroom is a large double with plenty of room for storage. Furniture provided but happy to amend this if you have your own. Also plenty of room if you needed a desk or bigger storage space.

The room is bills-included, in a shared house. You would have access to an open plan shared living room, / kitchen, bathroom and downstairs en suite and a garden. Drive and On-street parking is also available on a quiet estate, with walking distance to the beach & town!

Unfortunately pets not considered as I have a toy poodle & wouldn’t want his nose to be out of joint!
Would need to be comfortable living with a dog (as unfortunately Teddy has no limits with personal space 😅!) & i would want to feel safe in knowing he was okay with said individual.
