On street parking is available and never had an issue finding a space.
Have recently undertaken some renovation work, including installing a new shower, carpets, radiators and more.
I enjoy surfing, going to the gym, yoga, the odd film and am generally a pretty relaxed person.
I work from home so not suitable for someone else WFH. It’s a peaceful house and not suited to people wanting to party.
