A 2 bedroomed home to share with one other. House is situated on the outskirts of Helston on the Falmouth road area. One double bedroom available with the rest of the house to share. (Kitchen has a washing machine, but no tumble dryer), and the bathroom, with an over bath shower, is situated on the ground floor. The home is well maintained, tidy, cosy and relaxing to live in.

A good rapport and care of each other will be helpful due to the size and layout of the house.

There is also a cat that shares my home and, as these creatures tend to do, is in charge of her need to access to all and sundry in doors. So liking of cats important.

I live calmly and simply, and thoroughly enjoy my home. There are most things a house and kitchen needs. Wifi broadband and there is gas central heating.

The available bedroom is fully furnished and has a double bed. The amount of furniture in bedroom can be variable if some items are not required. The house is an end of terrace with available off road parking if roadside is full, and a garden which offers much sun and relaxation when needed. There is a bus stop nearby which is serviced by the main buses from Penzance to Helston to Falmouth. Truro etc.

I am interested in one other person to share aged between 40 and 65, who is working and looking for a short or long term share of my home. Someone who is mature in character and able to share the joint parts of the house respectfully and with care.

I am 58, with an upbeat nature in mind and spirit. My work involves some home working (all that non exciting work that needs to be completed on a computer), and then off out on visits or to my team office. I have lived in the Helston for several years and Cornwall for a tad longer, having good friends and neighbours around me.

I am a smoker of rolling tobacco.

Interests section: A joy of nature, pottering around the coastal cliffs and beaches, stone collecting (yes there are many stones around the house), spiritual, science, psychology, on the left of politics and of course there are many other things that catch my attention.
