The house is friendly and comfortable with shared use of kitchen, dining room/conservatory and bathroom. Private enclosed garden/patio with shed.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezers etc.

The property includes off road parking for any type of vehicle.

Small double room @ £500pcm. Inclusive of all bills and Broadband. Happy to consider Mon-Fri lodging if necessary.

I own the property and have a very busy and active lifestyle which see's me training most nights after work. My job requires me to travel so I can be away on occasions, When I am home I enjoy down time and after jobs are done, the TV goes on with some sort of film! I have a young, friendly and well trained Labrador. He stays downstairs.
