Studio is well equipped with separate bedroom and en-suite. Sitting room is sunny with french doors leading to quiet decking area at rear. Flat screen tv, chairs, tables etc. Kitchen well equipped with gas oven, microwave, electric grill, fridge/freezer and all cooking equipment needed. Bedroom has double bed and pillows, duvet (new) and linens are provided. En-suite with walk in shower, wash basin and wc.
Bed linen is changed weekly and clean towels are provided. Cleaning weekly by arrangement.
Electricity is separately metered and is payable monthly in arrears. Gas, water and broadband are included. Rent record book provided.
We are seeking a mature and sensible professional male who is friendly but who values their own space. Previous guests have stayed with us for several months and we are looking for someone who wishes to have nice accommodation for a similar length of time.
Lodging agreement provided but there is no tenancy created.
