Double furnished room in farmhouse

I have a double furnished room to let in an old Cornish farmhouse. The house is a 3 bed house with full central heating and a wood burner. I work part time, so I'm not always in, in addition I'm very quiet and often go out to the beach. The house is located in a very quiet rural position and therefore may suit a shift worker. Please note it is an old cottage and has low beams and doorways! There is a petrol/repair garage and shop very close by, nearest pub 1 mile away. I am a non smoker but I don't mind a smoker as long as you smoke outside! I'm happy to rent on a weekly or monthly basis, long or short term. Please note there is a very friendly cat here, so please do not apply if you have a cat allergy! Your room has a lock for additional privacy.
You will share the following amenities with myself:
Bathroom, with power shower over bath.
Large Kitchen, with double oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with space in the cupboards for your food.
Large living/dining room with comfy sofa and chairs and wood burner. Quiet area with table for use for work/laptop. Terrestrial and free Sat TV. Internet provided.
All bills paid except for your personal mobile phone, please note there is no landline for your use.
Large South facing garden, patio and conservatory.
Plenty of parking with barn available for storage if required.
Because I have a cat I don't allow dogs, but I wouldn't mind chickens (bring your own coop!) Livery available locally.
Good access to A395 and only 1 mile to the A30. Bus route 10 to Launceston, Delabole and Camelford at the end of the drive.
Nearest supermarkets in Launceston, 6 miles away. Nearest beach is Trebarwith Strand 10 miles away.
