The living room, small garden and kitchen are shared with the live-in landlady who is planning to be living elsewhere during the week during school term time. There is on-street parking and storage in the garage can be negotiated if necessary. Wifi and all other bills are included in the rent.
Full use of the house will be possible during the week, during school term time. References will be requested before any tenancy agreements are agreed.
