Room to rent

1x double room with standard double bed all new bed equipment, the pictures are of the room that is already let, however the room available is exactly same size slight different layout but will be fully furnished with new equipment this week and then I will post new images
all bills covered and fast broadband in a 3 double bed house with shared bathroom, bath, with over head shower, sink cabinet and toilet. Shared use of kitchen.

We are close to local amenities. I am living with a young male Tennant and my partner visits regularly, we are both working and normally very busy people. Really easy going always making things or messing with our bikes/cars. We drink occasionally but no other recreational substances would be tolerated I have a short haired Border Colley she is lovely but due to this no pets, working individuals only please and must be someone over 25.

There is no parking available in the street although there is ample parking a short walk away. I. The main road.
