A room to let near the centre of Looe in the beautifully restored attic of the cottage. You would have a twin-bedded room AND private sitting room. Share kitchen and family bathrom (although my son and I usually use en-suite for showers, etc.). Cook your meals on an amazing Aga. Shared use of the garden and of the large patio area with built-in BBQ.

Looking for single flat-mate although would consider a couple for an additional £50.00 per month to cover extra utilities costs, etc.

You must be able to manage stairs as there are two flights of stairs to get to your space as well as an external flight of stone steps to reach the garden. There are also 1 or 2 steps up and down various levels throughout the cottage.

The lodger's private sitting room is currently equiped with complimentary TV (freeview only), microwave and kettle to give you more privacy but if they break you must replace with your own equipment (which you take on departure).
