Double room in a beautiful house, that sits in a stunning location above Argal reservoir with near panoramic ocean views. Very quiet, rural location with great neighbors, wonderful walks and all kinds of nature right on the doorstep. Five minutes from Asda, 10 minutes from Penryn, yet in the heart of Mabe countryside.

The house comprises of a gorgeous little pathway leading up to the front door, inside which there is a spacious lounge with storage, built in bookshelves, a huge window to bask in the amazing views and a dining nook with table and bench seat. Next along the hallway is a bathroom with shower over bath and built in corner shelving. Further along the hallway there is a built in storage unit. At the end of the hallway is a large, bright kitchen with breakfast bar, plenty of cupboards and another huge window - perfect for staring out of while washing up! Next to the kitchen and off the hallway is a lean-to which leads out into the wrap around, south facing garden and massive shed.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a large landing/room which is the same size as the other rooms. The bedroom available has ample storage with lovely built in wardrobes. It has a sash window out onto the front of the house, that looks over the established garden to trees and fields further away. It also has a very cute square window on the south facing wall which allows views over the reservoir, rolling hills and on to the ocean. It’s a good sized double room with electric heater, thick carpet and nice curtains.

The house is rented through Trelawny estate agents who will do a referencing and take a deposit. The house has no gas, everything is electric. Council tax is 75 per month each and the rent is 375 pcm each. Which for a double room in a gorgeous house and stunning location is a great price. My housemate is moving out and there is no way I want to leave the house any time soon as it's near perfect, and so there is a spare room!

Also if you like cats you're in luck as I have a very sweet, chilled out black cat called Sabbath, who is a wonderful companions, and is very entertaining and sweet.

It is such a tranquil, peaceful location in the middle of nature, fields and great views. The house is definitely big enough to have your own space and cozy enough to feel at home here. It’s a chilled out place to live - I am in no way a party guy any more and prefer the quite of being up here, although I do enjoy having a glass or two of something and a good chat, or sinking into a good movie or board game, plus the occasional pub trip.
