Large country house

House

Within my fully restored and modernised farm house I have two very nice large double bedrooms (single occupancy) for lodgers one of which is currently available. There is a large luxury bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, vanity unit and wc. Great views of the countryside when relaxing in the bath! There is a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, ceramic hob, fan oven with grill, large fridge freezer, and plenty of cupboard space for the sole use of the lodgers. The house is situated within 4.5 acres of land in a quiet rural location. There is a large garden with patio areas, orchard, veg plot, BBQ etc. Ample off-road parking. If you have a bike, kayak, surfboard, etc., I can find you a space in one of the sheds!
Although we are in the countryside, we are very central, within easy access of the A30. Redruth town, local beaches of Porthtowan and Portreath all just a 5-10 min drive away. The tramway cycle path running from Portreath to Devoran is basically at the bottom of our fields and Wheal Peevor (Cornish Heritage Site) just a short walk away. The location is ideal for lovers of the countryside, eg walking, cycling, and the surfing beaches are really close.
I am looking for people who are friendly and appreciate rural life. My home is shared with 2 cats, though they are banned from guest rooms, unless invited!
